Red House - New Plant Room

As the Main Contractor, Alpha constructed a 5,000 sq. ft. underground New Plant Room as part of the Red House Restoration Project. The works included Electrical change over from the old Plant Room to the New Plant Room, including demolition works. Alpha’s construction works also involved the supply and installation of specialist works such as, Plumbing, Electrical Works and Stand-By Generator, Ventilation and Ducting and LPG Installation.
