Proposed Construction of Carparking Structure With Residential Apartments

The nature of the works was the construction of a six (6) storey structural steel framed structure of infilled panels of concrete block work, glazing and cladding in external walls and partitions with all services, fittings, finishes, fixtures and external works inclusive of landscaping and any new infrastructure to accommodate a car parking structure with residential apartments en suite with all public and staff facilities complete with finishes, services and decoration.
