Maracas Housing Development

Alpha provided Design and Construction Services for the forty one (41) Townhouse Units consisting of approximately 12,974.24 m2. Services included Engineering, Design and Construction for 41 townhouse units to completion including finishes. Services also included Engineering, design and construction for Roads, Water, Sewer and Underground Utility Infrastructure as well as the Design of Waste Stabilization Ponds and a Detail Design of the Drainage System(s).
