Works included the demolition of an existing building single storey structure, including termination and removal of all Services and then Construct a two storey reinforced concrete framed building, including all finishes, services and external works to accommodate the offices of Clico Credit Union at No. 33 Edward Street Port of Spain on a site of approximately 8,000 sq. ft.
