Construction of a 30, 000 sq. ft. 2-Storeyed Extension and Associated External Works. Construction of the structure includes reinforced concrete foundations, structural steel framing, reinforced concrete floors, staircases, blockwalls and glazed walls, office partitioning, gypsum ceilings, carpet and tiled floors. Services include Electrical, AC, Elevator, Fire Protection and Plumbing Facilities.
